Body Type
According to Ayurveda, the body is a composition of five-element space🌌, air💨, fire🔥, water💦, and earth🌎. These five elements combine to form three dosha (energies) of the body, namely - Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. The dominance of specific dosha inside the body denotes your Prakriti (body type). Ayurvigyanam app provides a quiz through which you can know about your body type - a.k.a. Prakriti.

Ayurveda is a holistic science that outlines a healthy diet and lifestyle to harmonize with nature. The wisdom of Ayurvedic lifestyle is the high-powered approach towards healthy well-being. Extremely basic. There are only a handful of recipes, all with unusual ingredients. The self test did test me correctly, but then the food plans don't give any meal plans or even foods, just the tastes for each each dosha which you can find anywhere on the net. The interface is nice and graphical it's pretty, but the content is lacking.

By far the best among all the apps I have used. This app is crystal clear with the direct intention of providing the abundance of knowledge to the user's apart from the amazing tips. It is a user friendly app. I have so much belief in Ayurveda, being the oldest healing science it has miraculous effects on our body. It feels great to know that there are people out there who are determined to change everyone's lifestyle by creating such motivational and knowledgeable apps. Appreciate your efforts guys.

It's such an amazing app, it's a complete lifestyle app, which helps in adapting and changing the key habbits which in terms are leading to problems, along with very simple and clear solutions, a must try and must have app.
