From a partner's point of view,the idea is great but the implementation is really disappointing. A huge chunk of a Tootle Partner's earning is deducted, first of all we get only 80% of our total earnings on which an additional 10% is deducted as TDS. It hardly makes up for the petrol spent by the riders. What about the time spent between pickup and delivery ? That very time comes with a price as well, but Tootle has failed to consider this very fact, which has now become more of an issue. I haven't even mentioned about the money spent in making calls between the client and the customer or the data spent in using the app.It is well understood about the industry itself being in an initial phase and money being spent on promotion and stuffs, but hey, you guys are the core team and also the stakeholders. You can't just deduct the fare for your internal reasons. As a C2C- business organisation mediators, the amount that the industry makes in comparison to the Tootle Partners, is quite alarming. The initiative is praiseworthy but then again, the partners are at a really big disadvantage.Bottom line, the partners are at a total loss, until the policy is changed to suit them. I hope I get a positive response. I really want this organisation to grow.
