I have read the terms of service documents, and in section 6.1.6, you mentioned that a rider must maintain a credit balance as a way of prefunding to pay commissions and other charges to Tootle. However, I think that's not a great practice. Like other apps, you should also have a policy to pay commissions after a certain limit of commission payable by riders.

This app is waste of money. First of all their employees call you for completing the registration time and often. And then after when it comes to take rides there is no passenger. I took one ride in two days when customer pays the fare it was too less than fare that shows on my rider app. Tootle gives discounts to customers but when it comes to ad on to the wallet the refuse to do so. And their employees do not pick up the call as well. I took a successful ride yesterday and now my ac is expired

Tootle is a complete disaster of an app. First off, activating your account feels like waiting for the next ice age – a whopping 2-4 days! And that's just the beginning of the nightmare. The app crashes more often than a drunk driver on a bumpy road. But wait, it gets worse. You're forced to load rs100 to activate your account, only to be greeted with the harsh reality that you'll only get back half of it because apparently, rs50 is the minimum balance. It's like they're running a scam hotline.
