Online claim doesn't even have file submission feature, it made you take new photo everytime you want to make a claim. What about the digital evidence or paperless claim? Seems like no commitment to environment.

Tried to call their call center line but they keep on dropping my call. Unable to register my account and tried to change my password but the system is not working. Horrible customer service and application.

This app is awful. The submit claims button does not work at all! No matter how many times you try, or how much information you provide, you can't submit your claim. And the help center is unhelpful. Suggest you look for more commitment insure.
