I paid for this pro version so I could track my history and avoid ads and I really don't appreciate the fact that now every time I open it I have to close out of yet another ad asking me to upgrade to "premium". No paid app should be bombarding me with advertising like that.
Been using this app for a while and it has worked fairly well. I now have an LG v20 and when you put your finger over the led it's so bright it starts to burn you in a very short time. Perhaps a setting to lower the light intensity might fix it.
What was the point in paying for this? Feel a bit ripped off as this constantly tries to push a subscription onto me. Recurring payments are not cool, not cool at all guys.
I paid for pro just to constantly be reminded to use the premium version
This app used to do what it said, which was to start instantaneously and give you a good reading. Now this application insists that you either login or "ask me later" so it's never instantaneous. This version seems to fix a wildly inaccurate pulse count the previous version had, however that's core functionality for the application and it never, ever should have been released with broken core functionality. They care more about trying to gain logins rather than creating a good app and supporting the customers who already paid for the app. Giving it 2 stars because it at least seems to sometimes give the correct pulse reading.
It was good. Now it is laggy and full of "upgrade to premium" ads. Why did I pay for Pro again? Your ads are still ads. It's not an offer, it's a hurdle that you place in front of the basic function. Not only that, it's a hurdle that looks like it'll deactivate the basic app if you don't click through to the trial.
