Unable to register Since last update I was told to register and after doing that was told I am already a uservand needs verification. Nothing happened. Why the change?
Since March update... Current users should uninstall, then reinstall and then you can enter your account details - app will then work as it should. It's disappointing that we need to do this all over again and that we need to work this out for ourselves.
Just like their website doesn't work properly So tired of virgin mobile ripping us off i can't get bills online because they've locked me out yet again then over charging on data.
Data usage on widget and possibly inside app is misleading. It tells you that you have reached your limit, but has no indication that you have gone over it or by how much. I just got a huge bill because my widget was saying 1GB out of 1GB for a few days and I had no idea I was racking up a lot of excess usage charges
Great Reminder App, however... This app is great to find your balance for both data and credit. However, I always struggle to understand how there isn't a top up function that you can do directly through the app itself. Instead you need to click on the data link in the app to bring up a separate browser up which you then need to login and go through the tabs to reload credit/data. I think most users would really appreciate this function, increasing user friendliness. Kind regards, Loyal VM Member
Can't sign in. I'm already an user After last update. The app somehow start showing the signin screen. When i type my phone number and password. It tells me that number is already registered. But don't let me in. What to do ?
