I tried your starter programme and would offer this observation. Standing still, I have no balance. Your idea of doing the quizzes on the phone as you stretch simply cannot work for me. However, a hiking pole cut down to a suitable height used to provide a third stable point allows me to complete the leg exercises. I am very pleased with the results of these exercises. Thank you.

I'm very new to Nymbl, but, enjoying the program. Certainly not doing the exercises correctly, I get sidetracked by the game and forget what I'm supposed to b doing with my legs! I'm sure it will get better. I struggle with exercises that involve standing on one leg, but I guess, that's what the program is designed to help with.

The training has helped me in certain ways. Though balance remains an issue for me, I can attest to the strengthening of my mobility. When I need help in adjusting my training the Nymbl team is immediate in their response to my concerns. Additionally, they send helpful emails to assist me in furthering my goal to become more sure-footed.
