Previously raved about how nice this app was. when struggling with financial issues 2 years ago. Since then, the app has become such a struggle to use and navigate. I'm plagued by notifications involving switching direct deposit to redeem cash increases, despite already having B9 connected to my employer. The app is truly plagued by bugs, or limited assistance through support. Plus. bogus wallet fees for using cash transfer services, since their personal service doesn't work.

awesome app!!! easy to navigate!!! I got an advance right away. advances increase every pay period when money's deposited into your account...my 2nd advance was over double the amount of my 1st advance which really really helped after i had to pay to get my car repaired....it was enough to get me thru to my next payday!!! No complaints here 🤣🤣🤣

You have to sign up for the monthly subscription if you want/need more than $50, set up direct deposit, and receive over $300/15 days to be eligible for any advance whatsoever, and the "tips" are removed from your advance right away after being selected. It's not a terrible app otherwise. Wouldn't be the app I'd recommend if you need advances, but it's an easy app to have some side money deposit from your paycheck if you need it.
