About this app

No more searching for the same chords every time.
No more scrolling past ads and five versions to find the one you played last time.
No more one app per chord site - and none for the songs in your language.
No more losing the chords when there is no signal.
No more blank stare when someone asks "what should we play?"

Campfire Chords is your own songbook: the songs you know, with their guitar chords, on your phone and ready to play.

How it works
1. Search for a song in the app's browser, the same way you would on the web.
2. Open the chord sheet you like and tap "This is it".
3. Check the clean copy, keep it, and play - today, tomorrow and with no signal.

Chords from any website, in any language
Search for a song in the built-in browser, open the version you like and tap "This is it". The app turns the page into a clean chord sheet in seconds. You can also share a page to the app from your browser. English, Spanish, French or anything else - one songbook for all of them.

Copied, never made up
The cleanup only reformats what is on the page. Every lyric line is checked against the page, and anything that was not there is removed. You see the result before it is saved, and you can fix any chord in the chord editor.

Made for playing
Transpose chords up or down to fit your voice, and the song remembers the key. Auto-scroll at your own speed while both hands are on the guitar or ukulele. Pinch to change the text size. Tap any chord to see its chord diagram. Switch to lyrics only for the people singing along. The screen stays on while you play. The capo the page asks for is shown on the song.

Right-to-left songs done right
Right-to-left chord sheets read the right way, with every chord over the word it belongs to.

Your songbook, A to Z
Your songs are one alphabetical list, with search and filters once the library grows. Build set lists for a campfire, a jam or a gig, reorder them, and swipe from one song to the next. Stuck for an idea? Shuffle a set list and let it pick. Your history keeps the songs you actually played, so you can see what you have not played in a while.

Works offline
Your songs live on your phone. Everything except adding new chords works with no signal - on a beach, in the mountains, or in a basement rehearsal room.

Who it is for
Guitar and ukulele players who lead the singing around a campfire, at a jam night or on a porch. Worship leaders and youth group leaders keeping their songs and keys in one place. Buskers and weekend bands with a set list to get through. And anyone tired of hunting for the same guitar chords and lyrics over and over.

On all your devices, no account
Turn on Google Drive sync and your songs and set lists follow you to a new phone. Nothing to sign up for. Open the app and start.

Pro, once
Your first 10 chord imports are free. Campfire Chords Pro is a single purchase, not a subscription, and lets you import as many songs as you need (fair use).

Privacy
No ads and no advertising ID. The app reports crashes and which screens are used - never a song title, a lyric or a search. When you import, only the website's name is counted, never the page.

Questions
Do I need an account? No. Open the app and start; sync is optional.
Does it work without internet? Yes. Only adding new chords needs a connection.
Is it a subscription? No. Ten imports are free, and Pro is a single purchase.
Can I use it for ukulele? Yes for the chord sheets, transpose and scrolling. The chord diagrams show guitar fingerings.

Whatโ€™s new

- Hear how a song goes before you play it: open it in YouTube or Spotify right from the song.
- Chord editor: chords are easier to grab and drag, even one-letter ones near the edge of a line.
- Chord picker: add a bass note for chords like D/F#, and see the chord before you place it.
