Very good app.. I'm a beginner, but I've learnt quite a lot within the past 2 weeks. Only thing the app doesn't have much practice on pronunciations! Where's the letter "r" lesson??
Great way to learn but... I really like the association of words with images. I wish there was a way to just practice conjunction of the verbs, but I like the speech fill games and the listening games, however you need to be exact in your spelling for the games or you will be marked wrong even if you flip your "i" and your "e" s.
The price is fair and you do practice a lot of writing, useful grammar and many important vocabulary words. Nevertheless, the speech recognition is terrible, so it is not good to practice your pronunciation (Duolingo and Rosetta have much better speech recognition tech).
Great app Only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because if I minimise the app in the middle of a lesson, and then go back to the app, it loses all my progress, so I have to start again. Very annoying. The lessons themselves, however, are excellent.
Great app Been using this for a while now and really like it. The lessons are nice little bite size chunks so it's easy to squeeze them in in a spare 5 minutes throughout the day. PS thanks for the great talk at Droidcon Berlin!
Flexible language learning I spend a lot of free time with language. I also use books and Duolingo but this is more like a classroom for me. I also appreciate being able to move around and pick and choose lessons based on words I need to know. You don't have to finish one lesson to move on or skip around. Downloading content to do away from wifi is essential for me. Worth the subscription.
