Our free COVID-19 Care Assistant makes taking care of yourself and your loved ones easier. It offers free information from NHS doctors and clinicians - simply download Babylon to access via the app.

Find continually-updated information on Coronavirus, such as how to self-isolate or how to take care of others with the virus. Our information comes from NHS doctors and Public Health England.

The Babylon symptom checker has the ability to recognise what might be COVID-19 symptoms and suggest possible next steps. Use the live chat feature to ask questions and receive answers from a member of our team, straight from your phone.

After you have received information about your symptoms, the COVID-19 Care Assistant will provide you with a Care Plan based on the latest guidance. Get daily notifications to track your symptoms, including your temperature, information for the 14-day isolation and general tips for your physical and mental wellbeing.

The COVID-19 Care Assistant allows you to have a video consultation with a clinician via your smartphone, possibly saving you a trip to the hospital. After you enter your symptoms into the symptom checker, it will indicate possible next steps. If you believe you need to speak to a healthcare professional, you can book a video consultation. This can all be done within the app - simply download.

BUPA members can speak to a doctor via Babylon for free - download, add your membership code when registering and access Babylon healthcare services.

Need a prescription, fast? We can send prescriptions to your pharmacy for collection within the hour, so you can get your medication quickly.

Book GP appointments for free, available 24/7, 365 days a year. If you need to have doctor consultations in person, we have five clinics in London and you can visit the one most convenient for you. We also make referrals for hospital, community and specialist appointments.

Check your symptoms and get medical information anytime. Our AI-powered Symptom Checker will ask you questions to ensure our health advice is tailored to your circumstances and symptoms.

Our free information and educational tool helps you understand health risk factors, build a health profile, and understand lifestyle changes to help achieve a healthy lifestyle.

We offer affordable therapist and specialist appointments. Speak to fully qualified practitioners, wherever you feel most comfortable.

You can integrate with other existing health apps and wearables. Babylon helps you track test results, monitor activity levels and health information so you always know how you’re doing.

Your data is always safe. For our doctor appointment services, we’re regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in the UK. Our doctors are GMC registered and have an average of 10 years GP experience. We are compliant with ISO 27001 Stage 1 to protect all medical records and personal data.

The booking of an appointment went well and was easy. However, the experience and technical ability of the app was pretty poor. I checked in 10 mins before the appointment, waited for the call as the app said. 20 minutes after the appointment my phone rings. I accept, the app opens, I can see me but the phone keeps ringing. Nothing I do changes that. Phone keeps ringing, then when it stops it tells me I've missed the call. I then get an email to say it's my fault and that I can't have a refund.

There was no way to answer the call when the doctor phoned. I had checked in and had the ap open. Could hear the ring but no where to click or drag to answer. The Dr sent message to say could get through on first appointment, so had to rebook. Same thing then happened again, on second attempt the doctor end up phoning my mobile number. Post appointment I now can't access the referral notes. Left feeling frustrated. No live help available. Ap shows potential but not there yet.

This app is great for one off things but my main use is to get my contraceptive pill, and on this app it's more difficult than requesting a repeat prescription from your local gp. It doesnt let you order more until the app calculates you have run out - makes sense but then i moved house and lost a box and had no way of getting more. Had a phone call to get a repeat to be told i needed blood pressure readings handy - would have been great to have been told that in advance.
