Babylon’s free self-care tool helps you understand your health and how it might change in the future. It uses data collected from wearables, in-app assessments and health records to manage your health, alert you of potential risks and share recommended steps toward becoming a healthier you.

SAFETY

Your data is always safe. For our doctor appointment services, we’re regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in the UK. Our doctors are GMC registered and have an average of 10 years GP experience. We are compliant with ISO 27001 Stage 1 to protect all medical records and personal data.

*To register you will need to switch from your current GP practice. A registration period will apply before you are able to access the service. Available for people living or working within 40 minutes of one of our clinic locations.

Ratings and reviews

Need to add an autosave for draft text as everything is lost when you go out of the app to look at calendars etc. Also appointments not as quick as they used to be, and had a couple moments when consultants ghost you and then you receive a notification 2 days later to say you'll need to rebook. Definitely not ideal.

Atrocious. You can never get a direct link in the section of the appointment type you need, all of the links you are sent take you to the main booking entry which means good luck trying to find your way around. Booking something with a practitioner you have seen before never really works, the appointments are always too late and there is no bidirectional way to speak to the clinicians. I just lost an important appointment because the clinician 'did not reach me' and I cant call myself.

If you want quick, reliable access to a wide range of health professionals (and who doesn't?), then this is a great app to use when you can't access your GP. My employer provides free access to Babylon, but I would consider paying for the service if I was struggling for help otherwise. Very good.
