If needed, prescriptions and referrals for diagnostic tests/specialists can be completed directly through the app.

We take data security and privacy extremely seriously. All of Babylon by TELUS Health’s clinical procedures meet industry and legal standards. We retain patient records in accordance with national best practice guidelines and all patient data is securely transmitted using industry-recognized encryption methods.
Where is Babylon by TELUS Health available?
Doctor consultations are available in British Columbia and through select employers in Alberta. We are planning to expand this service to other provinces in the near future. Our Symptom Checker is available nationwide in English.
Is Babylon by TELUS Health free?
Doctor consultations are available at no additional charge for BC residents covered under MSP or Alberta residents who are employed by select employers. Alternatively, consultations are available for BC residents at $59 per appointment. Data charges may apply for service outside Wi-Fi coverage.
What can our doctors treat?
Like any doctor you’ve seen in the past, our doctors can help treat a wide variety of non-emergency health conditions. Note, in-person consultations are recommended for emergencies, and issues concerning restricted medication.
