TELUS Health MyCare™ lets you easily see a Healthcare Provider right from your phone.

FEATURES
Video Consultations: Book an appointment with the Doctor, Counsellor or Dietitian of your choice and have a video consultation from the comfort of your home or wherever works best for you. If needed, prescriptions and referrals for diagnostic tests/specialists can be provided.

Easily access your TELUS Health MyCare consultation notes and additional appointment details through the Care Hub whenever you need them and get your prescription delivered directly through the app.

Appointments are scheduled in English by default unless you are in Quebec where appointments can be either in French or English. If you would like to schedule an appointment in a different language, contact our Support Team.

Symptom Checker: Get more peace of mind 24/7 with our chat-style Symptom Checker, powered by Artificial Intelligence, which asks you questions about your symptoms to suggest possible courses of action.

Healthcheck: Learn more about your health in just 15 minutes. Our free digital assessment tool gives you a picture of your current health and suggests lifestyle changes for healthier living.

Monitor: Connect your existing health apps and set medication reminders to manage your health in one place.

Where is TELUS Health MyCare available?
Doctor and Counsellor consultations are available in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Saskatchewan, and Quebec. Residents in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and Saskatchewan who are covered under provincial health insurance can have video-based consultations with doctors at no direct cost. Alternatively, patients without provincial health insurance in these provinces can have video-based consultations for a fee per consult. Dietitians are available in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and Saskatchewan.

What can our healthcare providers treat?
Like any healthcare provider you’ve seen in the past, our healthcare providers can help treat a wide variety of non-emergency health conditions. We may refer you to see a doctor in person if your concern requires physical examination or care.
Note: in-person consultations are always recommended for emergencies, and issues concerning restricted medication.

It's really hard to get a doctor where I am, and having access to this service has been pretty amazing. It can be a bit challenging if you have conditions that require context and follow-up, since you'll likely see a different doctor every time, but I would still recommend this service. The app itself works well, my calls have always been with video and have been error and bug free. You can add your appointments to your calendar easy which is definitely helpful. A+

Lots of issues. Does not save my credentials when given (pictures of ID and/or selfie), could not answer calls through the app, it makes mistakes on my appointments (book for 4:30 pm, sends confirmation for 8:30 am, cancel appointment due to error, it tells me my 4:30 appointment is canceled 😑). Its a battle to use and i would not recommend it. Unfortunately its almost mandatory with the state of things right now. Either i am unlucky with my experience or this app is a glitchy mess.

I have had a really good experience with the app! I like the feature of following up with any of the MDs that I have seen. The notes provided after the appt are clear, detailed and has a record of next steps that was discussed with MD. They also follow up with the tests that they ordered for me, and ensured that I have the results all in one place. Stellar work from Telus and it is very evidence they have heavily invested in digital health! Needs work with identifying IDs tho! I had to try 3x
