TELUS Health MyCare™ lets you easily see a Healthcare Provider right from your phone.

FEATURES
Video Consultations: See a doctor or other healthcare provider (provincial restrictions apply) and have a video consultation from the comfort of your home or wherever works best for you. If needed, prescriptions and referrals for diagnostic tests/specialists can be provided.

Easily access your TELUS Health MyCare appointment details through the app whenever you need them and get your prescription delivered (provincial restrictions apply).

Appointments are scheduled in English by default unless you are in Quebec where appointments can be either in French or English. If you would like to schedule an appointment in a different language, contact
our Support Team.

2. Book an appointment time that suits you.
3. Start having a video consultation with a healthcare provider.

SAFETY & SECURITY
We take data security and privacy extremely seriously. All of TELUS Health MyCare’s clinical procedures meet industry and legal standards. We retain patient records in accordance with national best practice guidelines and all patient data is securely transmitted using industry-recognized encryption methods.

LANGUAGE / LANGUE
The app is available in English and French. If you wish to change the language of the app without changing your smartphone language, please follow the instructions below.

For Android 13 or later OS
To change the language of your app, go to your phone Settings, search for Languages and input, tap App languages then TELUS Health and select the language of your choice.

For Android 12 or lower OS
For these versions, the app language is dependent on the phone language. If you want to change the language of the application, please change the language of your phone in the general settings of your device.

I don't see the point of having this service when there are no available appointments. Also put in a feature for first available appointment so we don't have to go through each day on the calendar individually. Especially after 3 months with no available appointments. Waste of time.

I can't get an appointment. All booked for 2 weeks. It says to keep checking daily. Why isn't there a waitlist? Edit: I was finally able to book an appointment after checking back 5 times. It's frustrating that I can't edit details in the reason for my appointment area nor upload pictures after an appointment is booked. Edit 2: Can't send photos during the call. No instructions or info given when choosing a pharmacy for the prescription. What happens next? This app is amateur hour.
