TELUS Health MyCare™ lets you easily see a Healthcare Provider right from your phone.

Video Consultations: Book an appointment with the Doctor, Counsellor or Dietitian of your choice (provincial restrictions apply) and have a video consultation from the comfort of your home or wherever works best for you. If needed, prescriptions and referrals for diagnostic tests/specialists can be provided.

Easily access your TELUS Health MyCare consultation notes and additional appointment details through the Care Hub whenever you need them and get your prescription delivered directly through the app.

Appointments are scheduled in English by default unless you are in Quebec where appointments can be either in French or English. If you would like to schedule an appointment in a different language, contact our Support Team.

Symptom Checker: Get more peace of mind 24/7 with our chat-style Symptom Checker, powered by Artificial Intelligence, which asks you questions about your symptoms to suggest possible courses of action.

Healthcheck: Learn more about your health in just 15 minutes. Our free digital assessment tool gives you a picture of your current health and suggests lifestyle changes for healthier living.

Monitor: Connect your existing health apps and set medication reminders to manage your health in one place.

We take data security and privacy extremely seriously. All of TELUS Health MyCare’s clinical procedures meet industry and legal standards. We retain patient records in accordance with national best practice guidelines and all patient data is securely transmitted using industry-recognized encryption methods.

The app is available in English and French. If you wish to change the language of the app without changing your smartphone language, please follow the instructions below.

For Android 13 or later OS
To change the language of your app, go to your phone Settings, search for Languages and input, tap App languages then TELUS Health and select the language of your choice.

For Android 12 or lower OS
For these versions, the app language is dependent on the phone language. If you want to change the language of the application, please change the language of your phone in the general settings of your device.

It's ok. But: There's rarely appointments available and, just to see if there are spots open, you have to re-type your reason for wanting an appointment with a doctor over again each time you check. I wish there was a waiting list option, or some sort of notification sustem for when a spot does eventually open up. All I want is a simple prescription renewal and I will run out of medicine because of this APP and its lack of available doctors.

Signed up and tried to book a consultation. Screens to confirm sending health data and then to confirm appt kept spinning and returning nothing. I've tried twice now to book and nothing happens. Extremely frustrating experience. Update: DR call went fine and was super easy. Now, I can't update my address with proper postal code to pick up my prescription. Again, this app or the backend is extremely buggy!

There are no appointments available. "Check back regularly." How regularly? Every day? Every few hours? And every time I check I have to tap each day individually to check it?? Can't you create a notification when new appointments slots become available? Or give people a waiting number? Why is this difficult? You're becoming Ticketmaster.

Hi Richard, We deeply apologize that you are experiencing difficulties finding an appointment. We are currently seeing record demand for Family Doctor appointments in BC. Please note that our physicians are only scheduled up to 2 weeks out, therefore you will not see appointments beyond that.
