TELUS Health MyCare™ lets you easily see a Healthcare Provider right from your phone.

FEATURES
Video Consultations: See a doctor or other healthcare provider (provincial restrictions apply) and have a video consultation from the comfort of your home or wherever works best for you. If needed, prescriptions and referrals for diagnostic tests/specialists can be provided.

Easily access your TELUS Health MyCare appointment details through the app whenever you need them.

Appointments are scheduled in English by default unless you are in Quebec where appointments can be either in French or English. If you would like to schedule an appointment in a different language, contact
our Support Team.

1. Register for your free account.
2. Book an appointment time that suits you.
3. Start having a video consultation with a healthcare provider.

SAFETY & SECURITY
We take data security and privacy extremely seriously. All of TELUS Health MyCare’s clinical procedures meet industry and legal standards. We retain patient records in accordance with national best practice guidelines and all patient data is securely transmitted using industry-recognized encryption methods.

LANGUAGE / LANGUE
The app is available in English and French. If you wish to change the language of the app without changing your smartphone language, please follow the instructions below.

For Android 13 or later OS
To change the language of your app, go to your phone Settings, search for Languages and input, tap App languages then TELUS Health and select the language of your choice.

For Android 12 or lower OS
For these versions, the app language is dependent on the phone language. If you want to change the language of the application, please change the language of your phone in the general settings of your device.

This app has turned from Amazing to terrible. Appointments are never available anymore, nothing over the next 2 months. Their solution is to try randomly throughout the day as appointments "free up". No "next available" option, no real way to get me an appointment on the books. It has turned truly terrible, and I could never recommend this to anyone.

the service is an amazing idea but in practice the app just does not work well and they do not have nearly enough participating healthcare providers. so when you need an appointment, even if you're willing to wait weeks there is just nothing available. the app also does not allow follow-up appointment booking so you never know if you're going to see the same person again and there's no way to get renewals for prescriptions without making a new appointment which can take weeks or longer to get.

Can't even gain access. After attempting multiple times to upload picture ID, I kept receiving a prompt that it couldn't upload, claiming my connection failed. This is not true, and is extremely frustrating, as this is the program being forced on us at work for EAP. No notification, this app just suddenly appeared on my phone one day, Telus emails suddenly filling my spam folder... after four years of trying to make this app work, I give up. What an absolute waste of time.
