EYDAP's new Android application offers quick and direct access to all of the company's online services with mobile enhancements.
More specifically, users have access to the following features:
- Fault Reporting: Easily report a problem using your mobile device by taking a photo of the issue, track your location and get notified once the issue has been resolved.
- Bill Services: Now you can see your latest bill along with a detailed analysis of usage, previous debts and appropriate payment options. You can pay your bill via e-banking, with a debit, credit or prepaid card through easypay and find the nearest points of payment through the interactive map.
- Scheduled Works: Learn about scheduled works and planned improvements in real time. Provided maps indicate the affected areas at street level.
- Contact us: Whether calling from a landline, mobile or through e-mail our customer service is always willing to help.
