About this app

ArcheryCalc is a field calculator built for backcountry bowhunters. Quickly estimate real-world arrow speed, build your arrow setup from individual components, and compensate your aim distance for steep uphill or downhill shots.
Arrow Speed
Enter your bow's IBO rated speed, draw weight, draw length, and total arrow weight. The app adjusts for the difference between IBO conditions and your actual setup to give you a realistic arrow speed estimate, along with kinetic energy and momentum ratings to help you evaluate your setup for the game you're hunting.
Arrow Weight
Build your arrow from the ground up. Enter shaft GPI and length, point or broadhead weight, insert, nock, fletching, and wraps. The app totals the components, shows your FOC (Front of Center) percentage, and lets you sync the total directly into the Arrow Speed calculator with one tap.
Shot Angle
Hunting in the mountains means shooting uphill and downhill. Enter your rangefinder's slant distance and shot angle, and get the compensated aim distance — the horizontal distance gravity actually acts on — so you don't shoot over your target.
Designed for hunters who need fast, reliable calculations in the field, even without an internet connection.
