I wish I could rate the app higher. I sent a PS4 in to sale. During shipping, the system and controller were damaged. I sent photos of the package and system before it was shipped. I received pictures of a damaged box and console after it was received. It has been a hassle trying to get something done about the damages. My advice is to take detailed pictures of the items being along with the box.

My husband's phone came one day earlier than anticipated. I chose excellent condition, and it seems that's what we got! He had no problem getting his sim on the new phone. Customer support here was also lovely to deal with! I would recommend based on my experience so far! 10/10! If anything changes, I will update my review. I was definitely nervous, especially with the cost of the phone. I am now much less hesitant/skeptical.

I bought 2 items, a cell phone (excellent condition) and ear buds (good condition). Both of them had several issues. Now, I have to return them and I'm going to be waiting another week or two for products I paid for over a week ago. Oh yeah! I'm also screwed out of a $20 screen protector. Customer service is very polite and deserves better than one star. Goto a store where they actually test the products they are taking your money for.
