One of the two brothers, CG, had been thinking for a long time about where the Swedish fast food scene had gone. From cool meeting place, raggers and good food to the sad it is today. The development of the Bores Gatukök concept has been long, tough and thorough. The name comes from the founders' grandfather, a fantastic man who wants to pay tribute to them. The concept is for everyone and is based on a clear modern imagery with a simple menu. Therefore, it was important for us with both gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options in addition to our magical burgers and sausages, as I said, for everyone!
It is equally important for us to raise the fast food restaurants to the level they should be at, which means that all Bores are cash-free and you can of course order via our website or app.
With a serious but not serious attitude, we will once again make the people of Sweden happy to visit Bores Gatukök and have an affordable experience!
