I'm suffering the same problem as all the recent posters. What is happening with your app? About 3 weeks ago it started freezing and needing to be reinstalled every few calculations! Now i have tried to reinstall multiple times and the error message, "Oh No! Something went wrong. Check your connection and try again" comes up every time :( I am paying $10 a month for an otherwise excellent product.

lately I have been having trouble with the app. if I try to do the insert picture option it takes the picture and acts like it is going to solve the problem but then it just sits there and loads for forever and never gives me the answer. I end up having to delete and redownload the app which is so annoying.

Was working fine until I paid for the whole year so I could see the steps to know how to get the answer needed. Once I paid for it, I kept having the issue, where after a few calculations, it wouldn't be able to load. I have to uninstall and reinstall it. If you can catch it before it happens sometimes frequently deleting the history will help, but not always. Never had issues until I paid for it, which is ridiculous. Extremely aggravating!
