Ratings and reviews

Available dates differ from the website. All information that's suppose to be saved, never is. You have to enter your credit card and camping pass each time because it save. Dates can change during check and become unavailable. Yet after paying, dates are available again. You have to pay another booking fee to add dates that the app would let you pay for during the first booking. Very dirty way to charge more fees.

Offline access! We need offline access to permits and reservation!. We couldn't hike Angel's Landing because the full reservation wouldn't show!!!!! We also attempted to log in on several people's phones, and we have had erroneous reservations in our account (not fraudulent thankfully) and there is no sign all accounts out and change password option! Now we will never be able to fix that problem ourselves. 😒 Just have to hope they eventually realize they are in the wrong account.

It's nice to be able to reserve and pay for a sitter online. I would prefer a few more details of each site with highlights. Having a few more rustic cabins in Colorado would be fantastic! I also think we should have more on-the-fly options instead of having to plan a camping trip months out, that's what boring hotel vacations are for...
