This is the worst delivery app. Imagine the customer service report doesn't work at all. And how do we contact driver. Impossible. Getting some halal food is so hard. Please close this app. I used ubereats and type in halal food. It is so much easier. Do not even talk about the amount of time to the food get deliver. And when you click on some of the option, it doesn't work unless I am really stupid in technology.

Dear Bakkal inventors, This is the best way of ordering groceries and goods in this day and age now. I have to compliment how easy and efficient it was to scroll and select goods at the touch of a button and how to order it all . I know that this innovative way to order things is becoming more popular and takes all the time and effort out just driving and spending time on gas alone is huge , its a click click away and your done shopping so easy I have to say. Thanks

I am trying to order 4 different meat items from Halal Store, but when I go to the cart, it says "Too many items. Please limit item to only 1" which I think is pointless. I won't be giving an order for just 1 chicken. I need other things and other types of meat as well. Please try to fix this. I would love to use this app as this is the only app that offers halal grocery store delivery.
