​To the True Balance Team, ​I am writing to report a persistent technical issue. For the past three months, I have been attempting to make my payments on time, but your app consistently displays an error message. ​This technical failure on the app's side is causing my payments to become late. I want to clear my dues, but the app is preventing me from doing so. Please resolve this issue immediately and ensure that no late fees are charged due to these app errors.

Took loan, deposited all the installments before time, deposited the fake EMI before time, then showed a new high loan amount, when applied they say that you are not eligible, then why do you give the option, is it a fraud, after trapping me in their net they say that you are not eligible, they charge so much interest, gave the entire amount before time, is it a fraud, either give the loan or else remove the application from the app

you mentioned, india's leading digital lending app. even a small apps have better response. it's not free right it's about money. can't you give a conformation after the due paid. it's been 2 days still it's showing please wait, the loan is being repaid. Giving users useless stress. how many people wrote about it can't you able to fix it ?
