I very much enjoy Bal casino being Chicago. I donot enjoy the customer service I've received from your host. Just before 9:00pm. I enjoyed the VIP dinner and proceeded to go to one of my favorite slot machines. I knew the offer $125.00 free slot play was available for this evening. However the free slot play offer didnot appear. again this occured on June 12th Thursday. After I went to cuztomer service about the missing free slot play . I was told there was nothing they could do. 45 minutes

I love going to this casino its always clean and the entertainment is great the food is very good i like going to have fun not to gamble i highly recommend this casino to everyone that's 21+.

This app is terrible...went to Ballys with my sister for my birthday. It wouldn't let me pull up the mailer I had received. Therefore, I didn't get free play or gift cards.(Plus no birthday prize)The desk would not help me and said they would email the office, but I shouldn't expect a reply for hours. I did stop on my way out. Still no help. Left VERY disappointed. Guess where we won't be going for my sister's birthday.
