We started using Bambino the summer of 2021. We couldn't live without it! Our favorite thing about it is that if you have more than one sitter on your original request, which we always do, and one cancels then it automatically resends to the rest of the sitters. We had one instance where two sitters canceled and we still got a sitter and we were able to attend our event. that would have never happened if we'd had to start calling and texting sitters to see who could do it!

It's been difficult to change my rate per hour since you've updated the app. I can't use an enlarged font because I can't see all the buttons. I have a vision issue and I need to be able to use the enlarged font to be able to see and change things period also it doesn't show me the option for text messaging anymore. Why is that? It doesn't show the option to receive text messages from the app

Extremely clunky... I just signed up to be a sitter and I'm on my way to deactivate my account right now. The settings are messed up, the app won't even let me upload a profile picture without saying "Permission Needed" even though it has the permission! I was happy when I found this because it was the only app I could find that allowed sitters my age (15). But I have to say that I am extremely disappointed. Please fix your services ASAP.
