Ratings and reviews

Crashes CONSTANTLY. Pretty much every time I try listening to a podcast it will just randomly stop playing. Worst part about it, is that it skips back a couple minutes every time it happens and trying to skip forward just a minute is almost impossible, so you spend an other minute trying to get back to where you where or just have to listen to it again. I will be finding a new app as it's annoyed me way too many times now. UPDATE: The developer replied to my review very quickly and I will be testing the advice given and edit my review accordingly if the problem is fixed.

The best one overall so far! Still, a couple of things aren't perfect: 1. Podcast search. I tried searching for podcasts to subscribe, and I was able eventually to get them, but along the way the app also adds a bogus podcast with #MySearchPhrase 2. Navigation isn't (at least yet for me) perfectly intuitive. E.g. a list of all new podcasts isn't very easy to find. Jumping between several unfinished podcasts is a bit difficult too.

Podcast 2.0 features are outstanding! I keep getting a message that says the app won't work properly if it is optimized for battery usage. When I click the link to take me to my list of optimized apps, podcast addict does not appear on the list. So I have no way to get rid of this error message. Additionally there doesn't seem to be an option to stream the podcast episodes as everything defaults to download first. That's not a big deal, though.
