Absolutely worst for buying tickets. If in map view would not let me click 4 tickets at once. If in list view cannot see the seat numbers. No shopping cart so if you accidentally back click you have to start over. I clicked the privacy policy box by mistake and had to start over. Works fine once you have the tix. I recommend buying tix on your computer then use the app say of the game. All the above is equally true for ticketmaster app.

I'm at a game that I didn't buy Tix for, and I can't seem to get access to the stadium info like I used to. EDIT: I found the options to view stadium info under the teams tab (you select the home team). I last used this app a couple/(few?) years ago and was not up to speed with the new version. I improved my rating to reflect my current change in experience, and will adjust accordingly as a I continue usage.

I never leave reviews, but the mess that Ballpark has become has forced me to. The last few seasons, this app has been a godsend for season ticket holders. I have no idea what you guys are trying to do, but Ballpark is absolutely terrible so far in 2019. Overly complicated, cluttered, inexplicably got rid of the contacts button, and my seat mates are having a terrible time with transferred tickets showing up in their apps. This needs to be fixed or rolled back to the previous version.
