Needs work Badly 1: Works on my phone but not my tablet. Strange the tablet and phone are the same except that the tablet will not make calls but has a larger screen. You should make it work on both. 2: Communication problems while closing a service order. Lost connection to server and can not complete any work orders, nor can I login to the web site or use the phone app. Needs WORK. 3: Needs a link to connect you to there tech support or request a call from tech support since they want you to speak with tech support before leaving a site. Also a link that would call the Customer Service line for you would be a help.
Works on Tablets Had to download APK from google play, but it does work on Galaxy Tab2 7.0. Not sure why the developer insists on phone only but did send an e-mail asking to make available to tablets. *Finally* able to work with this version (2.3).
Worthless Click on a work order and all you get is server not responding. Tried clearing cache reinstalling and same issue regardless.
iOS port? Getting better. Still needs to be trashed and redone. Looks like a port from an iOS app. Standard Android functions do not work such as the back button. Poorly constructed app. This is what happens when you outsource overseas.
App function App function sporadically, but whether it works or not , the payments is the absolute worst part of the company. If it were gradable it would be an f- . You people need to take care of those that have served you the best . Over 5 thousand service calls and with bam it's gone from satisfactory to absolutely horrible.
