I hadn't used the app in quiet a while and was surprised by the improvements. My only issue is when I try to transfer money to pay a bill. I use an Irish mobile and it doesn't recieve any of the automated SMS messages that are required to authenticate the transaction. I've tried updating all my details but this hasn't solved the issue. It would be helpful for non-residents to have the option (email) to validate the transaction

the internet on line banking and application service is good, but the bad ones are the employees who do not know their work and do not follow up on problems and complaints in reality...! The pin code SMS problem cannot solved! refused to receive the bank customer to explain the sms problem !!

I wasn't sure how to sign in, I asked at two branches, one was no help at all, she just kept telling me to Google it, so I went to my main branch and was told to use my card PIN, when in fact what I should have been told was to use the sign in and ID numbers, just like the online banking. By then my failed log ins caused my account to be blocked! So ages on the phone stuck in a queue waiting to be attended to. All this because I wanted to buy ferry tickets on line. Not impressed.

Buenos días Mick, antes de nada le pedimos disculpas por la confusión creada a la hora de proporcionarle instrucciones claras para acceder a la aplicación. Una vez restauradas las claves debería acceder siempre con el número de tarjeta que aparece en la parte inferior de la tarjeta de coordenadas y la clave de acceso de la banca en línea. Gracias.
