Was unable to purchase a ticket. Kept saying error error error. Getting very annoyed. Turns out my email address needed to be verified. Have no way of having you send the email again so I had to use a different email. This is one of the most annoying apps I've ever used. I can't log into the website. Horrible. Horrible horrible. Ask for the day of the month for the expiration date. Why my credit card doesn't show the day? It's a month and a year.

This app doesn't work. It gets stuck at the "Build your music DNA" screen. The loading thing just spins around forever and there's no way to skip that step or go back. Therefore, this app is completely useless which is unfortunate because in theory it seems like something that would be very useful to those of us who enjoy music.

Very frustrating to use on ANY platform. I want to use email to log in. If I enter my email address I'm told to look for a confirmation email that NEVER shows up (yes, I checked spam). Finally logged in using Google on the web, but no Google option on the app (WHY?), just Facebook (don't use it) or Spotify (don't want to give you all the access you require), so I can't get in. Damn shame, because there's lots of show listings, but too much of a PITA to get to them.
