Good at best. A lot of the features just don't work as Intended. Connection is not consistent and settings and preferences don't always save. I use the app for my HX headphones and they are great but the app makes the experience just not that good overall. When everything works its great! The EQ is easy and really user friendly. The actual UI is easy to navigate (if the app doesn't crash) and overall the app looks modern and nice.

Restarted the headset more than six times, my phone more than four; getting the phone to connect to BT to a new Beoplay Portal headset is difficult. Getting the app to detect said headset is impossible. It may or may not connect to my Xbox, but I dont' really see the point in trying if it's already defective (the app is used to update its firmware, for example). Going to return the headset. Update: Received a replacement from Amazon. Same issue. App is worse than useless.

This app just stopped working. Doesn't see my sound bar anymore. It worked at first but only after I rebooted the phone. Now it doesn't matter. It just stopped working and now I pressed the circle button on the sound bar and it stopped playing with my TV. I finally figured out that I have to unplug the sound bar and then plug it back in and that seems to work.
