Ratings and reviews

The resolution is low and the video quality is quite bad. I can't even log into my Toffee account in the app for Samsung TV. It shows "FireStore set error" whenever I attempt to sign in via the Android app or web (PC). They haven't fixed it in about eight months. I don't recommend their service.

The app is bulky, unoptimized and consumes a lot of power. The movie library is small and even then many movies don't play. Live channels buffer a lot and sometimes don't play at all and also there are ads even in paid subscription.

Cannot watch sports even after having a VIP subscription. I need to buy a separate 'sports pack'. What a joke! And don't get me started on the ads. Why am I getting ads as a premium user? One of the worst experiences I have ever had.
