New BFCU app is a mess. Setup makes it difficult to know what money is coming from where. It has kicked me out 3 times this morning due to "authentication issues" and keeps forcing me to log back in and re-sync my accounts. It wouldn't accept the verification codes that were being sent to me via text. It even forced me to turn "Automatic Date and Time" on in my phone settings in order to log back in, which I hated because I had my phone set to a specific time for a reason.

Kind of annoying you can't view your checking and savings account balances at the same time. You have to swipe over. Petty? Perhaps, but you used to be able to see both simultaneously. The design is not as clear or intuitive as it once was. If it's not broken, don't fix it. Otherwise, the app works well. No issues other than cosmetic/design.

This has been a lifesaver in instances where I need to transfer money, internally or externally. There's access to all accounts, you can initiate conversations with CU staff, apply for a loan, see transaction histories... so far anything I want to do, I can do through this app. Very pleased so far.
