First thing you're greeted to is a screen asking for your log in info and two buttons. One saying "Forgot?" And the other saying "Sign In" and nothing else. I have a bank account to use the app with but I cannot sign into the as I have never used it before. Therefor I don't have an account on the app to sign in with. Which means I have NO access to my own money without driving an hour to the bank just to do anything.

I love how from the hours of 9pm to around 6am, like clockwork, all transactions are visibly reversed so I can never know what amount of money I actually have. The amount of times I've had to pull out of my savings because this bank can't tell me how much I have for like a quarter of the day is beyond frustrating. We live in the modern era where this app feels like it runs on servers from the stone age. I'd rate this app zero, if I could, from this problem alone. I've complained about this be4.

At login, a verification code was sent to my old mobile number which I no longer have. This happened as soon as I entered my username, password, and touched the login button. No warning, indication, or option was given for this to occur. Fortunately my old number is still inactive or someone else could have potentially accessed my banking account through the verification text. No option to change my number. Cannot proceed until verification through my old mobile number is achieved....
