The worse bank ever be careful they are scam, do not go for credit card with them, I have received credit card then when I want to use it for the first time it show that my account is inactive, and I have not paid more than 1000 aed, what is this I haven't use it even once or accitivate the card. They are doing it to many people they don't even reply to complaints or answering back the people reviews. The worse service ever. **** ***

There's huge wrong information passing from Bank representatives, as official they are telling it's free for life card where we check with call centres no free for life card at all from their bank. Bank really needs to investigate this issue before it spoils their brand value. I have already requested to cancel card as I lost faith in their system. I got card yesterday only and after reading reviews I call bank and I came to know about charges. Thanks to all

It happened to me that one of sales representative approached me saying that they will waive off the fees if 2000 in first 30 days are spent after spending that still I was charged 430 for annual fees. I had voice and whatsapp chat of her but no help from the customer service call centre. They simply imposed the decision to me that it has to be charged and they will take the internal action against the sales representative. This is the worst experience I had with any bank in UAE.
