I have 2 BIMB credit cards. This ap used to show both. Now it only shows one. I can't keep track of both card spending in real time. Also, when I call to complain, no one picks up. After several minutes of waiting, my call is disconnected. This is very bad brand image, especially one that carries the word "Islam" in its brand name - Islam is supposed to mean honesty and consistency.

What's the problem with this company? EVERYTIME I want to pay, it'll ridiculously slow, unresponsive and blanked. That's why I rarely use BIMB to pay and keep most of my money on another bank, because when I want to use it, it's useless. I thought when I rarely use it, it'll be more ready but NO, it's worst.

The font is too small for the oldies. At least provide an option to change to a bigger font. After a transaction, now it takes a couple more steps to share the receipt. It's fine for the younger people, but it's a bit too much for the elderly. update (10/11): bruhh. enabling dev mode doesn't mean one is rooting their phone. disappointing update.
