5/27/24: updated to the most recent version recently and for the past week I have not been able to use it! opens fine but never routes to the log in page. tried clearing cache & history, uninstalled, reinstalled, used mobile data and wifi...nothing! This version of the app does not hold up to the expectations I had from the last version. I am not a fan of the new way of making loan payments and wish the old app was still available.

Doesnt work. If you plan on making an account it just says that your info doesnt match whats on record. Even though thats not really the case. I called amd they said to delete the app and reinstall which i did numerous times and it didnt work. Next time i called they said that they are suppose to just tell people to use the website because they are aware the app doesnt work. Unfortunately the site doesnt work either. Its been like this for a few months now.

I had pictures of my account having a positive balance. Next thing I know I have a negative balance and 2 fees of $65 saying I have insufficient funds. The statement shows the transactions different rearranged so they can change me $65. I show them my picture I took proving that the statement is wrong and they say that the info that they have shows differently. Did that more than 5 times. Also took pictures of them subtracting instead of adding. But I didn't have my deposit slips.
