I am unable to login the majority of the time when using this app. No matter what password I use or if I try to use my fingerprint I am told I have to contact the credit union for help. This issue also extends to the mobile browser on my phone as well as on my computer. Ever since they changed the online banking system it's been a nightmare to login to. Looking forward to when I change financial institutions.

The app is not user friendly. It's hard to navigate. It's extremely hard to figure out how to make transfers. I've had it for a while and still can't remember. Also, you cannot see your credit card transactions at all and if it is not posted to your savings or your checking, you can't view the loan information either. But I guess it's better than nothing
