What a terrible experience. Every little thing is worse, more confusing, and takes longer than before.... I really hope they change this app soon.

I've had the worst experience with the app ever!! I don't know who they hired to do this, but they need to be fired ASAP. Nothing has worked consistently since the beginning. Please do something about it. The company managing this app needs to be fired. That is all
