Ratings and reviews

Generally a good app however when I've been trying to make transfers it will most of the time put up a box with a triangle and exclamation point inside. I'm assuming it's denoting a warning of some sort but there's no writing. If I make the transfer on the website using a computer it works. This is very frustrating as occasionally i may need to transfer money last minute.

The online banking part for my checking and savings account is good but for some reason my credit is so confusing to pay and especially keeping track of the activity. Doesn't even show that you paid off your balance until you press a button and it takes you to a completely different website. I paid my balance twice because of this. I don't have this issue with my other credit card apps.

I had the same problem the other user had, where the bug issue prevent the app from loading. It just immediately crashed and pop an error message. I try re-installing multiple times with no success. Cannot use the app at all as of 10/13/23 UPDATE 10/21/23 They fixed the bug. App is usable again.
