1st off, the credit union is amazing! We love them! However, their apps need a lot of work. They went from one app that would "crash," not let us in, or we have to redo all our information to log in. To an app that lets you log in 1 time and now is just says error, they have been notified. With the digital age, a lot of people use online banking. Please get this fixed. An o ce it's fixed, I'll update my rating

Still no mobile deposits... it's been a month since I first inquired and was told they were working on it. I understand things sometimes go wrong and may need time to be fixed, but we were locked out of the old app. Don't lock us out if the new app isn't fully functional.

The old app and website used to allow for transfers for payments to loans. Now I can't find how to set it back up. The only thing I can find is a link to pay externally, but with a $15 fee. The old site and app worked so much better and was way easier to find things and make payments.
