Ratings and reviews

Would be nice if the alert for any withdrawals such as online bill pay withdrawals (not just overdrafts) was still an option after the "upgrade" to know when any withdrawals have occurred. Previously was also more functional to have acct transfers originate from the acct money is being transferred from vs transferring to. That presents as backwards.

-edit- True to their word you can now do external transfers! Thank you ValleyStar! I would have given the app 5 stars but currently there is no way to make external transfers to other bank accounts (except for zelle or wire). They said they plan on bringing the feature back at the beginning of the new year so I really hope that's true! The app is fast and clean and joining was an easy experience along with excellent customer service so that's great!

I used to be able to easily do mobile deposits, but recently I've been unable to. Even though I have Good lighting and a sparkly different and solid background, with clear pictures, it won't stop saying that it's not clear enough....closest physical bank is about 2 hours away...
