Initial use went smoothly. Verification using face, fingerprint or password. But lately every time I open it, there is always a problem with verification. I tried to uninstall and install again still the same problem. UP.

I use this app for 2 years now only to pay my credit card. Now there is an update that keep coming up even if I have updated it everytime I open this app! What worse is that I cannot even login now, keep saying I have no internet even when I'm connected to both wifi (100Mbps) and 5G mobile. I stream youtube at 4K no problem and you say I have no internet ? I'll unsubscribe and deactivate my bank account and credit card soon!

New version cannot used in my new phone. Poco F5. Please update the bug. Others bank apps just fine, only m-smile keep closed. Update:. It's a new phone, android 13 system. Internet is very good. But still cannot run. App keep closed.
