What a awesome improvement love this new app..smooth and very easy to use. No hang ups. It works!!!! The old original app was, so annoying to use and didn't give me the info and tools that i was looking for, ...i feel much safer banking online finally! Support is a 10! Great Job! 😁

While the pursuit to become an innovative online bank is admirable, I feel there are organizational problems within the company along with barriers due to your various transition projects (as per my research online). I signed up for an account at around 12:30AM last Friday; also sent a support message shortly after. It's been four business days and no response. The application is beautiful and I see you've been pushing multiple updates, but it's so buggy I can't understand why this isn't labeled as a beta app. I signed up under the impression that this was an established product (Bold seems to have been recently trademarked late last year so I assume it's recent and came after your Vibe service) and due to that I deposited a check and changed my direct deposit to here, only to unravel a buggy application, lack of support (I rarely complain about this, but when you're a bank and receive a support ticket - it is most likely a matter of urgency as banking in general isn't a casual fun activity to pass time. Now my support question was simple, but it concerns me for when the day I have an urgent matter there will be no help), and no physical card in my hand. Most banks say 7-10 business days, but I have always received my card within 3 business days whether its a high-end bank or Amex's cheap Serve card. While your website does say with 3-5 days (today being the 4th), I am a tad anxious as so many problems are occurring on the company/application side, what does that mean for my delivery date? I saw two reviews from your Vibe product saying along the lines of "don't believe their timeframe on getting your card". Now while this is Bold, it's the same company. So it isn't really a complaint that I haven't gotten it as there's still one more day left, but the other problems and those reviews don't make me feel hopeful that I'll have access to my funds any time soon. Specifically regarding the app: (1) When the app isn't forcefully closed, it tries to go back to the page I was at last but that obviously conflicts with your session timeout and leads to a crash (2) App preferences aren't saved for long period of times. I've been asked 3 times today to enter a pin for my app and to setup my fingerprint when I've done it many times before, so it seems like some temporary data is being destroyed and it acts as if it's being opened for the first time. (3) Transfers and other changes aren't teflected instantly, but I feel that's the backend rather than the app as it took some time to reflect on the website too. (Then again, I am not sure if the app is actually an app or a front for your mobile website as a lot of the buttons and movements are similar to the website) Don't think of this as a negative review, rather view it as a concerned customer that wants others to know what they're walking into and for you guys to address some of the issues so it can become a stable product that people will love. I'm a college student and my parents pay me through checks and transfers, but it's hard to utilize said funds when there's bugs preventing me from banking properly and no physical card thus far. Constant crashes and refuses to login with pin, keeps getting encryption error or saying that a connection is already opened. Extremely disappointed that after months of delays the app still has major flaws and is inoperable. What happened to we won't release it until it meets are high standards? So much for that. Day 1 updates have not fixed issues
App is working now and I was able to migrate my account. Looks really good and I like the features especially the new instant deposit check capture. The only thing I would have liked was to have my debits/credits history show up from old app.
