Can't even log in most of the time, will be switching banks to one with a more reliable app
It doesn't work more than it does work. Either "an error has occurred" or the past month doesn't even load. VERY frustrating. Makes it hard to trust with my financial information. Adding on 7/26/17 I just did an update today and I STILL don't have the option to pay bills. Is that only available to certain accounts?!?! Very frustrating!!!
Ever since they "improved" it there is more failures to open. More than half the time "an error has occurred '. Quite useless now.
At first it was great. But since April the app has been garbage. Won't ever let me sign in. I have to delete the app and re download to get it to work once. Wtf!
Only shows records since February 15. This is March 19. It used to work well. Now it is not useful. I uninstalled then reinstalled. Did not help.
The app was fine before the latest update (May 9)..we have had problems ever since. Three customer service reps later we still cannot log on through our phones. Very 😞 disappointed.
