I am so sick and tired of this app. Not working the way it should. First there are days you can not even get on the app. And now I can not even look up all of my purchases to balance my check book. I have taken the app off my phone and tablet and then put it back on and it still does not work. I really wish you would get it together and get a better app that actually works for your customers. If it was not a pain to move banks at this point I would. This is ridiculous that every time you want to go to the app that there is a problem with it. Fix the problems already or get a new app. Yep, here we go again try and get on the app. and once again it does not work. I have never been so inconvenience. Would you get it together and get a app. That works for your customers for once. It would not be bad if it was only once and a while but this happens all the time. Fix the problem for a change.
At first it was great. But since April the app has been garbage. Won't ever let me sign in. I have to delete the app and re download to get it to work once. Wtf!
The app was fine before the latest update (May 9)..we have had problems ever since. Three customer service reps later we still cannot log on through our phones. Very 😞 disappointed.
It doesn't work more than it does work. Either "an error has occurred" or the past month doesn't even load. VERY frustrating. Makes it hard to trust with my financial information.
Only shows records since February 15. This is March 19. It used to work well. Now it is not useful. I uninstalled then reinstalled. Did not help.
Made the mistake of updating, now I can't make a deposit on here. Dislike. Now I made the mistake of uninstalling and then reinstalling thinking I would find the deposit option. Nope now I get the unable to blah blah please call if it persists message. Annoyed.
This version includes a fix for Remote Deposit Check images that could not be processed on Android devices.
