I live in Thailand and use a BoA credit card. I can no longer contact them via email. Trying to call them is expensive and sitting waiting for an agent to talk to seems to take forever especially when I am paying for the international phone call. This app is useless.

Not a BoA customer. Can't login, no option to set up an account, no email is sent when password reset option selected. Worthless. Big disappointment for Chicago marathon participants.

no I never was able to log in to this app. Ive wasted a lot of time trying to get to my acct. still havent. why cant i keep the old app. that one was awesome
