It is good , but lately i am not able to add custom tip by customer I have to go with preset 15 or 20 or 30%
Hate you hv to ask customer do you want to tip me before you ring them up...awkward still waiting for them to update the app as you swipe the card then they can add a tip as they sign

Don't bother calling customer service. They have given me the run-around for a week now. They will transfer you to Matt in securities voicemail. I've left 3 messages a day to security services and still no response. They are holding a payment from my account yet they still charged me the fees. Sorry I signed up now.
They take $9.95 every month. Square is %100 better. They lied to me saying it was the same as square. Now I'm in a contract of three years or $500 cancellation fee. They are the worse. The worse is I did not sign for it. They just sent me the device.
Fees are way too high.. My business will be switching to Square. BOFA is a joke with these fees. YES THEY WILL LIE TO YOU! It's our job to read the fine print. they have sucked their last fees from me.
