Ratings and reviews

The worst application among all banks. Nothing works properly in it. I can't even pay my own loan. Moreover, it has the worst interface that was designed, probably in the beginning of 2000s. Overall, if you are looking for a bank, don't deal with bank of baku

horrendous app and IT department; no Apple and Google Pay's, either; somebody already said it, this is gotta be THE worst banking app of Azerbaijan, where one struggles to log in and check their balance DAILY!!

Adi bir digital debet kartı tətbiq vasitəsilə əldə etmək olmur. Bütün mərhələləri uğurla keçirsən, kart siyahısında görünmür. Müraciət edirsən, 1 aydır ki, problemə baxan yoxdur. Müştəri müraciətləri yola verilir. Saytlarında "20 iş gününə qədər uzadıla bilər" deyilib, artıq o müddət də tamam olub, bir dəyişikliklik yoxdur. Bəzən tətbiqə ümumiyyətlə daxil olmaq olmur, login ekranında ilişib qalır. Bəzən təcili pul köçürmələri zamanı uzun müddətli loading prosesindən sonra xəta baş verdi deyir.
