Ratings and reviews

The worst application among all banks. Nothing works properly in it. I can't even pay my own loan. Moreover, it has the worst interface that was designed, probably in the beginning of 2000s. Overall, if you are looking for a bank, don't deal with bank of baku

horrendous app and IT department; no Apple and Google Pay's, either; somebody already said it, this is gotta be THE worst banking app of Azerbaijan, where one struggles to log in and check their balance DAILY!!
